- Wash your sheets every two (2) weeks (weeks, not months).
- Don’t take too many pictures of landscapes.
- Get a WaterPik, use it.
- Throw things away.
- Go to the beach when you can.
- Travel alone.
- Make and eat this pasta.
- Don’t go to the same bar all of the time.
- Embrace your vices.
- Sail before steam.
- Drink outdoors.
- Take baths with Epsom salt.
- Write a Buzzfeed-style list every now and then.
- Pack lightly.
- Buy mostly black clothes.
- Use wax paper to make your shower curtain glide smoothly.
- Bike!
- Get a mattress topper.
- Don't buy souvenirs for other people, just get one for yourself. That one should be a scent you wear on your journey. It will remind you of your trip.
- "Life is tacky."
- Cold-brew green tea.
- Have the following friends: one who is a doctor, one who is a lawyer, one with a boat, one with a pool and one with a dog.
- Non-iron fabrics are worth the money.
- There is a lid for every pot.
- Vodka flavored like candy is disgusting.
